We are looking to hire a recruiting focused Senior Human Resources Generalist who can assist with implementing human resources programs and improvements. As the Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will oversee the talent acquisition process ensuring daily functions run smoothly and without error. This candidate will create and monitor recruitment plans, design recruitment strategies, execute human resources policies and procedures, and collect and analyze human resources data.
Primary Duties
• Recruit, interview, and screen applicants
• Coordinate with management on internal needs
• Facilitate Onboarding
• Develop HR objectives and systems
• Implement employee new hire orientation
• Monitor recruitment metrics
• Assist with employee inquiries
• Evaluate employee performance
• Administer employee compensation, training, and benefit programs
• Coordinate with outside vendors as needed
• Initiate employment offers
• Create employee engagement plans
• Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations
