**Job Description**

The Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Excretion (ADME) and Discovery Toxicology group within Preclinical Development (PCD) in West Point, PA is seeking a highly motivated office-based Scientist to support toxicokinetic analysis and reporting of nonclinical toxicity studies [ie, exploratory and definitive/Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)] to support the development of small molecules and biologics. The candidate will work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with other scientists. Strong interpersonal, communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills are required.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Serve as a supporting scientist for toxicokinetic analysis and reporting; working closely with toxicokinetic scientists, study directors, bioanalytical scientists, CRO monitors, and Information Technology (IT).

+ Essential duties include, but not limited to the following: calculate PK/TK parameters, interpret results, and write reports to a high standard in accordance with external and internal regulations.

+ Ensure compliance with GLP, SOPs, and study protocols.

+ Deliver high quality scientific results according to agreed timelines for several concurrent studies.

+ Participate and potentially act as functional group lead on pharmacokinetic software validation as part of computer system lifecycle management.

+ Potential to lead strategy as a contributing scientist for toxicokinetic study design, analysis, reporting and interpretation on early development compounds.

**Qualifications & Experience**

+ Bachelors (3+ years) or Masters (0-3 years) degrees in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, or related scientific discipline

+ Ability to quickly learn electronic systems, with strong hands-on proficiencies with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Working knowledge of Phoenix/WinNonlin and Watson LIMS is a plus.

+ Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, collaboration, and presentation skills.

+ Ability to work and troubleshoot with minimal supervision

**Preferred Experience:**

+ Experience working within a research-driven pharmaceutical company

+ Knowledge of computer system lifecycle management
