As a Real Estate Specialist, you will develop and manage real estate activities for the Biddle Air National Guard Base Civil Engineering Office and serve as technical consultant to the Assistant United States Property and Fiscal Officer (Base Civil Engineer) for real property.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

* Full-time employment.
* Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:15 pm, Monday - Friday, with 45-minute lunch.
* Salary:  In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

* One year as a Real Estate Technician (commonwealth title); or
* Two years of technical real estate experience and an associate degree; or
* An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Necessary Special Requirement:

* All positions require possession of a valid PA Class C non-commercial driver's license.

Other Requirements:
