The Xfinity Assistant is a virtual agent (chatbot) that uses machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing to deliver informed, personalized, and actionable customer service solutions and experiences. In today’s globally focused world, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the product to deliver a consistent experience to all users regardless of channel or geography. As part of the Customer Engagement domain, you will manage projects from design to delivery. This may include developing and understanding financial and operational objectives, ensuring operational plans are aligned with business objectives, and contributing to the overall strategy of the platform. You will work closely with our business and product partners, both internal and external, to ensure the product vision is well understood and able to be delivered upon.
