Own and shape HR functions including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and employment compliance.
· Develop deep understanding of areas and roles, competitive intelligence, and market trends to recognize the opportunity for strategic action plans as needed
· Maintain and enhance new hire and employee experience, benefits program, payroll administration, workforce planning, and Diversity & Inclusion program
· Act as company culture champion and brand ambassador
· Facilitate annual reviews, job leveling, goal setting, new hire analysis, internal development opportunities, and training programs
· Review market and internal data for workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention purposes
