Job Responsibilities & Description HR Coordinator: To assist in the efficient operation of the Human Resources area by providing timely coordination and professional support to HR functions; as well as act as a point of contact to all levels of employees. Act as point of contact for basic employee questions and issues as well as understand when to bump up issues to the HR Administrator or HR Director.
Primary duties include: employee onboarding and processing, orientation preparation, HRIS support, benefits support, employee event and culture support
Requirements for HR Coordinator:
- experience working in a banking or financial setting
- 1+ years of experience in human resources
- degree preferred but not required
