Summary:

The Manufacturing Epicor Developer will focus on the EPICOR ERP system and ensure optimized effectiveness of technology to advance the business. Candidate should be knowledge of the EPICOR technology/architecture and the business processes supported are critical to this role.

This position will ensure EPICOR is operating as expected, trouble shoot and resolve issues that do surface, collaborate with business subject matter experts on customizations and enhancements to the product, ensure integrations are operating as expected and ensure that EPICOR upgrades are validated before the production release schedule. Using technical capability and business knowledge, provide information solutions to optimize decision making by our customers

Day to Day Activities:

• Actively monitor system performance and take actions as needed
• Actively monitor integration points and take actions as needed
• Root Cause analysis and correction measures focused on prevention
• Ensure that EPICOR system upgrades are evaluated and validated. Collaborate with the business team for final validation.
• Expand technical and business knowledge
• Support administrative activities of EPICOR (accounts, permissions, MRP, scheduling….)
• Review information requirements and design and implement solutions

Education and Experience:
