WSFS Bank is currently seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst. The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst will support the execution of the WSFS Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by working with the Enterprise Risk Manager regarding all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program. The incumbent will assist in collaborating with the business lines to independently track and monitor the Company’s risk profile across all categories of risk and in relation to Board-approved risk appetite levels. The incumbent will assist in the compilation of ERM materials to ultimately report to Executive Management and the Board of Directors, assist in implementing a new GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) technology tool, and evolve the risk culture across the organization. The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst will perform independent centralized reviews of enterprise-wide Customer and Associate feedback received through various channels to identify any notable concerns or emerging risk issues.  

The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst will facilitate the identification of risks throughout the organization, developing, reporting, and monitoring formats on risk management issues, and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization. The incumbent will develop and maintain strong working relationships across the Bank and participate in special projects as directed by the Enterprise Risk Manager, including model risk management, funds transfer authorities, and limits, and assist in performing risk assessments. 

 This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm position, located at our Bank Place- Philadelphia, PA. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

•    Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or other business related field.
•    Must have a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking and/or risk management.
•    Preferred experience creating Risk Assessments and/or using GRC technology
•    Must be knowledgeable in regulatory and financial industry risks, guidance and best practices affecting the financial services industry in general.
•    Must possess strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
•    Must be able to understand broader business issues.
•    Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
