Director of Digital and Brand Marketing

Calling all Healthcare Marketing Directors! HumCap is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing healthcare partnership practice that has gained $80 million in revenue in the last 5 years! In their growth, they are now seeking a Director of Digital and Brand Marketing to assist the multiple facilities with running their digital marketing campaigns. This position is a full-time, direct hire, fully remote opportunity requiring an individual with at least 7-years' experience and would prefer someone with a multi-unit healthcare background.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This position is designed to handle all aspects of marketing for the organization.
  • It is imperative that is person have a heavy background in digital marketing.
  • They need to have in depth knowledge on these platforms: Google Ad words, SEO, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • This position will have the assistance with an established relationship advertising agency to help with the execution of the marketing plans for each dental practice
  • Monthly meetings with each Director of Operations will be required to ensure the marketing plan is obtaining the necessary new patient results while staying within the established budget
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Innovation and creativity to create new strategies that will attract new customers
  • Ability to influence change, practice buy in and exceed desired results
  • Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies
  • Time management or organizational skills are key to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
  • Proficient with analysis and excel
  • Handling strategic online initiatives
  • Leading marking campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
  • Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Working with other department heads to discuss plans and marketing strategies
  • Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
  • Prior experience with Smart Sheets would be helpful
  • Prior dental or retail healthcare experience would be helpful

Experience expectations:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field is required
  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Experience in marketing, online and digital marketing, communication, and budgeting
  • Should be able to quantify their experience in a successful track record in marketing and digital experience
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
  • Understands website metrics and best practices
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, and email marketing
  • Ability to ad creative to ads and produce simple brochures
  • Is excellent in written communications
