Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer resolutions, reconciliation, May do some minimal analyst work.
Requirements:
a. Customer resolution background, Organized/dependable, Finance reconciliation phone experience a plus
b. 2 to 5 years in customer reconciliation
c. Customer service finance experience a plus.
d. HS minimum
e. Microsoft Office (excel)
f. Strong customer service skills, resolution customer service background.
g. Dependable, self managed, organized
