RemX is partnered with an Automotive Financial Services Company in search of a career-oriented, enthusiastic team player to join their Customer Service team! This is a full-time temporary position. New graduates welcome!! 

 Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers and dealers with inquiries, account status information and problem resolution
  • Answer customer questions and resolve problems
  • Process correspondence in an accurate and timely manner
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
  • Document actions appropriately in customer database
  • Adhere to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
 Customer Service Representative Details:
  • Monday and Friday 8:00 AM – 5 PM with 30 minute lunch
  • Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • Must be flexible, schedule may change with business needs and may require overtime
