· No nights or weekends. We work staggered shifts with start times beginning at 6 AM.
· You are off all major holidays. No more working Thanksgiving and Christmas!
· We offer free shuttle service from our location to the nearest bus stop.
· You will utilize seasonal foods grown locally – farm to table – in the scratch kitchen.
· You will use and expand your culinary skills to help drive menu innovations.
· You have an excellent career path to Executive Chef.
Let’s get cooking! You will:
· Prep and cook food for your designated station.
· Maintain all required food safety documentation.
· Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
· Interface with clientele and provide excellent customer service.
· Order, requisition, and control inventory of food products.
