Qualifications • Minimum 1+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment • Strong interpersonal, leadership and team building skills • Exceptional service skills, food and beverage knowledge required • Passion for customer service and hospitality • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability • Extremely responsible, self-motivated, thrives in hands-on environment • Ability to work in an organized and professional manner Responsibilities • Uphold service and beverage standards during shifts to lead by example • Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times • Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including the major components of a dish/drink; this may include ingredients and their source, simple descriptions of unfamiliar ingredients, preparation, and/or execution of correct food and beverage service • Adhere to all company service standards and protocols • Responsibly serve alcoholic beverages • Engage management for any guest issue or complaint • Develop seasonal beverage offerings in line with existing program along with team members • Support team with beverage service to all dining room areas • Stocking, prepping and preparing bar service-related items Benefits • Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Weekend availability • Tips...
