Bartender

Izlas Latin Cuisine has openings for experienced bartenders who want to be part of a fun crew. The right bartender should be able to handle high volume, work nights and weekends and excited to craft classic and new cocktails. 

We’re not looking for robots. We expect you to come willing to contribute your own creative talents and provide customers with a great experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in a high-volume bar or nightclub
• Professional work ethic
• Punctual, responsible and trustworthy
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Team player willing to take direction
• Cocktail and beer knowledge
• Ability to lift and move 50 – 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for entirety of shift
• Must be personable, friendly, and courteous to guests and staff
• RAMP and ServSafe certified preferred
