Our client, a nationwide supplier of water filtration systems, is seeking an administrative professional with a background in finance or accounting to join their team.

***This is a Hybrid job, with the office located in King of Prussia***

Job Details for Expense Administrator

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Pay Rate: $22 / hour
  • Training in office for 1-2 weeks:
  • After Training: 2 Days in Office | 3 Days working remotely

Job Responsibilities & Description for Expense Administrator

The Expense Administrator is responsible for providing expense and administrative support to the Field Service and Service Operations Department. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with all interfacing internal and external organizations as well as provide support to the Service Management Team.

Expense Management & Service Administration Duties:

  • Review, reconcile and report of all service-related expenses including vendor invoices, expense reports, and any other relevant materials o Manage field technician uniform program
  • Support Field Tech Tool Process (Ordering, collecting inspections forms etc.)
  • Administrative support to SVP
  • Assist with planning meetings and events for groups throughout the organization, both on-site and off-site
  • Assist Fleet and Education team on an administrative level as needed

Facilities Administration Duties:

  • Cost management and reporting for storage facilities
  • On-boarding and decommissioning of facilities
  • Support for services (trash, pest control, cleaning services etc.)
  • Outfitting of facilities

Job Requirements for Expense Administrator:

  • 2 or 4 year degree
  • At least 1 year or relevant administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Invoice Reconciliation
