Job Details for the Administrative Assistant- Customer Service & Marketing:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $17-18/hour
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Administrative Assistant- Customer Service & Marketing:
- Receive & respond to inbound calls from existing or potential customers
- Process any policy changes for their property & casualty insurance
- Support and attend trade show events
- Provide high quality customer service & support multiple departments
Job Requirements for the Administrative Assistant- Customer Service & Marketing:
- High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Excel
