The Creative Group has a client in the High Tech - Pharm/Biotech industry in need of a User Experience (UX) Designer. The User Experience (UX) Designer creates and runs user research, interviews, and surveys, and then uses the information from them to develop sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. You should also be able to design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. We are seeking candidates for a job that requires a creative thinker who enjoys working independently as well as collaborating with colleagues. This short-term temporary employment opportunity is based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.

What you get to do every day

- Making tools like personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes

- Working closely with other members of the digital marketing team on the development of new initiatives

- Creating compelling experiences for users of a product, using results from user research and workflow analysis

- Helping out other team members as needed (QA, data entry, production updates, resizing of graphics, etc.)

- Areas of focus may be content, controls, visual design, packaging, customer/technical support, branding, and other aspects of user experience

- Joining forces with business users and application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

- Overseeing usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience
