For a product that has been released, designers evaluate user interactions, conduct usability studies and present findings and recommendations in a plan that drives future design improvements. For a product in development, designers develop the user story through task analysis, process mapping and user input. This position requires an individual who can successfully work in an environment with frequently evolving needs.
You'll be expected to work on-site five days a week.
Identify customer needs and requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction diagrams, pattern libraries, and user flows to convey the design
Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and target audience
Conduct regular usability testing and provide actionable reports summarizing results
Document discussions, concepts and the finalized scope
Oversee and contribute to the development of the product
Conduct and perform testing to validate that the developed functionality is in accordance with the scope (UAT)Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in UX design
Online portfolio or samples of work showing relevant experience
Self-directed but also collaborative
Experience in rapid prototyping
Creative and detail oriented
Familiar with front-end development
