Job Summary

The Technology EMR Associate is responsible for working with the Technology Associates and Application Managers to enable and optimize WelbeHealths core and new technologies including, but not limited to, EMR, CRM, and home-based technologies and initiatives. Proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues, provide end user support, complete

elements of build and configuration, and helps maintain our enterprise technologies as per the priorities and direction of the Information Technology & Services Team. The Technology Junior Associate will be the hands-on enabler, and support, of the technologies for end users and Superusers across the WelbeHealth enterprise. Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

  • Owns the administrative responsibilities of WelbeHealths core technologies including troubleshooting, end user support, build, and project tasks for new market launches and/or new technology implementations.

  • Support in the configuration, planning, and execution of new market launches in our core technologies and travel onsite to markets to provide onsite go live support for end users

  • Coordinate with Technology Assoc and Training Team to ensure new technologies, technology initiatives, and/or technology updates are reflected in training materials and curricula.

  • Provide insight into workflow gaps, training needs, table build and configuration needs and product needs to the Technology Team to identify opportunities for solution design and collaboration with the Training Team.

  • Manage Superusers/SMEs technical learning, development, and coordination for core technologies across all WelbeHealth PACE Markets

  • Create product release training materials for the organization for applicable product updates, communicate changes to appropriate stakeholders, and conduct trainings to superusers on product enhancements and updates.

  • Manage inbound technology enhancement requests and collaborate with Technology Team on prioritization for timely, and communicated, development and deployment.

  • Manage table QA and support case follow up for core technologies.

  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.

  • Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings.

  • Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or Higher.

  • Minimum of three years experience in EMR administration and/or support, or relevant experience working at an EMR company.

  • Experience with using or administering Salesforce or athena health applications a bonus.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems (hardware and software) in new environments.

  • Experience working in a regulated quality improvement area: strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Strong customer service orientation and experience supporting physicians and nurses.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
