TCG is partnering with an innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) client that is looking to hire a SENIOR MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER with expertise managing B2B websites and Google Analytics. Must take a data oriented approach to work and have the ability to report on activities, diagnose issues based on complex data, and make recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting findings to leadership, while operating as the subject matter expert.
Primary areas of focus span across leadership, strategy, analytics, and collaboration.
- Provide leadership in all areas of marketing including: department planning/budgeting, managing marketing automation and website system (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), establish/manage lead generation, monitor data, etc.
- Define key metrics and and determine measurements
- Analyze marketing and sales data, developing insights, and present recommendations.
- Run monthly/quarterly/annual marketing reviews
- Monitor flow of leads from marketing to sales
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure budget allocations for marketing are accurately tracked and reported
- Work with management information systems department to new customer conversions are properly opened in billing systems and CRM.
