The Senior Program Manager, Digital Product Development is a critical role in helping BNED transform into a true “digital-first” organization. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and tracking of a complex program portfolio. This role will partner with product management, architecture, engineering, and the business to provide leadership in implementing the product strategy for BNED’s digital commerce roadmap initiatives. This position will not only focus on the delivery of product releases but also beyond to ensuring a successful launch of the product into the market. This role requires a strong user focus.
