In this role Security Contractors (SC)s can expect to be working at a variety of locations to include residential communities, construction sites, public spaces, commercial buildings, special events or hospitality venue. The SC’s mission is to deliver both high end customer service while protecting our clients assists. In this position our contractors are required to be proactive problem solvers, capable of fulfilling a variety of security roles and functions. SCs generally work evenings and weekends with the unique opportunity to experience a variety of worksites.
Job Duties / Essential Functions:
Delivering high end customer service Responding to emergencies
Performing ingress/ egress control procedures Investigating incidents
Completing daily logs and incident reports
Conducting foot or vehicle patrols
Building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers Monitoring CCTV Cameras
Performing other related duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Two years of face to face customer service experience
One year of Physical Security experience
Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient time management skills
Proactive problem solving skills
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
