Richard Allen's main objectives of this current hiring process are to bring on candidates with strong leadership and interpersonal skills that we can hone in on accompanying them with strong professionalism. Position involves one on one sales based interaction with customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company procedures.
• One on one sales based interaction with customers
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of needs.
• Meet customer requirements by providing personalized solutions.
• Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
• Prepare complete and accurate work on the customer file.
• Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Our full-time customer service and sales representatives specialize in:
- Building rapport with our client’s new or existing customers face to face
- Figuring out the client's needs and wants
- Assisting in problem-solving
- Setting up new accounts and updating existing accounts to provide a full customer service experience
