As a Home Health RN you are responsible for providing care to patients with medically complex diseases and through assessment and diagnoses within the comfort of their home.

Extensive orientation and training program offer!

Qualifications:

· PA Licensed Registered Nurse – REQUIRED

· BSN OR must be actively enrolled and in process of completing BSN.

· Candidate must have at least 2 years of recent Acute Care, Critical Care OR at least 1 years providing skilled home health visits to the Adult and Geriatric patient population.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday – Day Shift!

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/year (Depending on years of experience)
