Receptionist - Short term Contract

Medical Office Facility

$18-$20/hr

Job Details for Receptionist:

  • Monday - Thursday 8:30a - 5:00p - Friday 8:30a - 2:30p
  • Small team environment - 5 employees
  • Fun, causal work environment
  • Provide customer service to every patient

Job Responsibility & Description for Receptionist:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Provide clerical support to doctor and office staff
  • Schedule Appointments for patients, check in patients
  • Work with patient health records

Job Requirements for Receptionist:

  • Must be empathetic
  • Must maintain confidentiality
  • Must be capable of using a multi-line phone system
  • Possess understanding of computer software while easily navigating through programs
  • 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred
