Real Estate Accounting Manager - Local candidates only!

QUAD656 is immediately seeking a Real Estate Accounting Manager for an organization located in Wayne, PA.

The Real Estate Accounting Manager is a newly created role that will be oversee a staff of three and will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with field personnel and property/regional managers and oversee utility accounting functions.

Skills/Competencies:

The ideal Real Estate Accounting Manager will possess these skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years accounting within a real estate environment
• Familiarity with third party vendor management
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience with SharePoint and third-party software (RealPage, Conservice, Yardi, etc.) preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Additional Details:

Salary: To $130k + bonus
