Primary Responsibilities:

  • Listen / read complex requests and develops innovative solutions by anticipating and listening to internal and external customer needs and proactively develops written communications to meet them
  • Create complex creative articles, SOPs, talking points and other supportive materials to support our VA CCN contract, VA CCN teams and VA CCN Providers
  • Review written communications performed by other departments and provides recommendations for clarity
  • Motivate and inspire other team members.  Effectively maintain and build relationships across business groups
  • Participate in the development of business strategy
  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Direct cross-functional and / or cross-segment teams - Serves as a key resource on complex and / or critical issues
  • Liaison between the advocates, ROS Market Service Agents and the Provider Services resolution teams
  • Support the technology solutions introduced to providers and drive adoption / promotion campaigns

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years client relations experience
  • 1+ years business, policy or education writing experience
  • 1+ years business management experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
