Responsibilities of Product Training/ Customer Training Manager
- Work closely with the Customer Success team and customers to define customer-specific training strategies, training audiences, and requirements for train the trainer and/or training delivery
- Develop and deliver an engaging learning experience using a variety of mediums, including classroom training, online/on-demand tutorials, videos and certifications., tracking measurable outcomes such as attendance, satisfaction, content knowledge, comprehension and retention
