Description

Responsible for Leadership and Management Operations for multiple Tower Health Medical Group physician practices. Provides overall operational leadership and financial management to the physicians practices and clinics. Works closely with physicians, mid-level providers and staff to ensure efficient operations that maximize physician productivity while rendering quality patient care. Conducts financial reviews of practice operations with employed physicians and office managers on a monthly basis. Hires, manages and evaluates the administrative and non-physician clinical staff at all sites. Financial management responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, exploring revenue enhancement opportunities, capital expenditures, ensuring cost efficiencies, creating and analyzing reports and utilizing operational data to assist with improving the financial performance of each practice operation. This position also assists with the on boarding process for new physicians and participates on various hospital committees; works closely with supervisors, managers, directors of all services, to ensure quality of care for all patients and to achieve optimal clinic operations.

Qualifications

4 year / Bachelor's Degree: Health Care or Business Administration (Required). Administrator, Director or Manager of Multiphysician Practices. Executive Management Experience. Required Skills: Excellent Communications Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, General Clerical Skills, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Multi Line Telephone Operational Skills, Typing WPM.
