Patient Engagement Commercial Technology Leader

Technology Solutions:

The Technology Solutions division of IQVIA develops and markets healthcare-focused enterprise software applications including Master Data Management, CRM, Multi-channel Marketing, Content Management, Social and Compliance solutions. The division is looking to expand its portfolio to include Patient Engagement.

Role Summary:

As the Orchestrated Patient Engagement Lead, you will oversee the enablement, management, and validation of new orchestrated patient engagement solutions by leveraging IQVIA’s unique portfolio of data, analytics, and technology solutions and integration capabilities. This will include driving and managing significant top line and bottom line growth for IQVIA through new patient engagement solutions and services as well as pull through revenue from existing technology solutions, services, and data assets.

You will:

  • Develop and implement business plan/roadmap for growing IQVIA’s opportunity around orchestrated patient engagement including resource/investment requirements and how this would integrate with the existing units and offerings.
  • Oversee and guide existing Patient Engagement partnerships effectively to realize maximum value and revenue growth for the organization (expected revenue of $5M-$15M).
  • Identify and drive potential acquisitions and partnerships that could strengthen/accelerate the Orchestrated Patient Engagement offering.
  • Lead and orchestrate IQVIA’s on-going suite of solutions for digital patient engagement in conjunction with the existing business units/functions.
  • Help IQVIA further penetrate existing segments.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' relevant experience & progressive leadership experience
  • Multi-national experience
  • Strategic planning and execution experience
  • Experience using agile product development methodologies
  • Proven ability to engage audiences and simplify complex messages
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of global stakeholders including senior leaders, associates, and external suppliers
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships internally with delivery and go to market organizations
  • Knowledge of IQVIA Technology Solutions offerings and Data assets (would represent a plus)
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Management Consulting sector preferred
  • MBA preferred
