Robert Half Direct has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal at a law firm. The Paralegal will be responsible for managing trial work for personal injury cases. Candidates will have 3+ years of litigation experience and will be able to provide assistance through all phases of the litigation process including discovery, trial notebooks, legal research, document drafting/filing, jury selection and attending trials.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to attorney through all phases of cases from intake to trial
• Conduct investigation, legal research and case assessments
• Draft correspondence and file pleadings, motions and appellate documents
• Maintain organized and indexed files of docs, evidence, briefs
• Accurately handle court and discovery documents
• Prepare court filings and file electronically
• Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
• Help with jury selection and witnesses preparation
