Job Description:Coordinates and monitors projects and overarching programs, specifically looking for gaps, dependencies, or duplications. Responsibilities also include aiding in senior level discussions to aid in the initial strategy creation, design progress, development, and execution. Develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must be able to work independently, solving problems and moving the programs forward with minimal guidance, and a strong sense of situational awareness. Typically reports to a unit/department head.

He or she should be able to quickly identify risks, potential solutions, and effectively communicate those impacts to key stakeholders. Must be highly experienced in Smartsheets, familiar with working in Teams, and creating PPTs that tell a compelling story. Ability to work well with others in a cross-functional, multi-level, and collaborative environment is imperative.
