SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning and executing of marketing activities that generate and accelerate pipeline aligned to the priorities of the Aerospace and Defense market within Ansys . This role will work closely with sales, corporate marketing, application engineering, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to schedule and execute webinars and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Webinar planning including assisting in promotion, setting up landing pages and registration, resolving any scheduling conflicts, collecting audio and visual assets, and notifying appropriate stakeholders.
  • Webinar execution including ensuring that the event airs at the scheduled time and helping resolve any technical or other issues that occur.
  • Webinar follow-up including managing and distributing leads, reporting metrics, and coordinating follow up with registrants.
  • Work on various marketing projects from inception through to completion, spanning across functional groups.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Prior Marketing internship or coordinator experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently move projects forward
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive, can do attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience working with Salesforce CRM and Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Experience with workflow management tools such as Monday.com
