Must haves: -Cell culture -Aseptic technique -GMP's Overview: Responsible for all production specific to Solid Phase while working under current GMP’s. • Responsible for the production of Manufacturing (Bulk Formulation) according to the device master record. • Responsible for the qualification of materials used in product according to the device master record. • May support other areas of Primary Manufacturing. • Perform validation/ qualification work, in accordance with policies and applicable GMP’s. • Responsible for maintaining the lab areas in full GMP compliance. • Understands and practices aseptic techniques verified by documented training and as appropriate, certification. • Maintains records in accordance with policies and applicable government regulations. • Verifies that all batch records, SOP’s and specifications are up-to-date and reflect the current procedure. • Assures that all operations are performed according to SOP’s and any deviations from procedure. • Maintains all work areas in a clean and orderly state. Assures that products are stored and segregated. • Disposes of damaged, rejected or residual components/products according to SOP’s. • Identifies quality problems and reports product complaints (both internal and external) to supervisor. • Assures that all equipment is safe, and all safety procedures are followed. • Follows all company environmental, health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines
