CHOP is looking to add a talented Program Manager to our Project Management Office. This role will support our Infrastructure, Information Security and Emerging Technology portfolios. The right candidate possesses strong program and project experience, effective written and verbal communications, strong leadership qualities. Good judgement, ability to influence and delivering results are essential to success in this role.
A Program Manager functions as both subject matter expert and team manager. The responsibilities echo those of a Principal Project manager, but include direct supervision of team members and projects. Required Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT or related field.
- Over 15 years of solid experience as project manager in medium to large complex projects with increasing responsibilities.
- At least 3 to 5 years Program Management responsibilities experience in large complex programs.
Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic
- Must be a member of PMI in good standing.
- Advance education or graduate degree in related field (i.e. MBA, MHA, RRA) or additional discipline strongly preferred.

To carry out its mission, it is of critical importance for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to keep our patients, families and workforce safe and healthy and to support the health of our global community. In keeping with this, CHOP has mandated all workforce members on site at any CHOP location for any portion of their time be vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
