• Schedule: Monday - Friday
o 9am to 5:30pm
o 10am to 6:30pm
o 11am to 7:30pm
o 12pm to 8:30pm
• Pay Rate: $14-$15
• Contract to hire
• 100% paid benefits once hired permanent
Job Responsibilities for Inbound Customer Service Representative:
• Answering inbound calls
• Assisting customers with inquiries about services
• Verifying and updating customer information
Job Requirements for Inbound Customer Service Representative:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High volume call center experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
