Compensation: $70000.00 to $85000.00 yearly

This dynamic Human Resource role is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the HR services function including but not limited to HR compliance, policy interpretation, recruiting, employee relations, training and development and continuous improvement. This role will supervise a team and will primarily be responsible for managing HR compliance, policy development/management and conducting HR investigations enterprise-wide.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to implement the standardization and simplification of HR practices and offerings to increase efficiency.

Oversee and administer the Company's Substance Abuse Program by providing guidance on the law and company policy.

Lead recruitment activities including interviewing and evaluating candidates for select positions when necessary. Partner with business leaders to develop and roll out ideas to grow a robust talent pipeline and conduct workforce planning.

Provide advice, counsel and follow-up on company programs, policies, procedures, and documentation. Serve as front-line resource in assisting both employees and management with HR-related questions providing for total customer satisfaction. Deliver front line support for employee relations in terms of potential issues and investigations, and fielding questions on policies, leave administration, performance management and other employee-related concerns.

Perform project management duties to support and/or lead the development and enhancement of company-wide strategies, programs, policies and guidelines.

Assist HR Manager with investigations by documenting complaints and findings, conducting interviews, reviewing policies, and communicating recommendations.

Implement talent management initiatives including employee engagement, performance management, employee training, organizational development, and succession planning.

Manage the performance, delegation of work and overall development of assigned HR team members
