Robert Half is partnering with a growing client to hire a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. Your responsibilities in this role:

  • Ensure seamless operation of all core HR operational functions such as benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, etc. 
  • Constantly build capability within the team in our systems to ensure continuity and process improvement.
  • Manages recruiting against our annual budget, work proactively with hiring managers, and coordinate in-house and third-party recruiters to ensure prompt, quality hiring. The HR manager will also E
  • Ensure visibility to applicant tracking, recruiting pipeline, expecting hiring timing, and more by building HR’s capability to analyze and report progress.
