We are currently looking an HR Assistant for our Human Resources Department.
- Assists in the delivery of Human Resources services and support to Human Resources customers.
- Supports various aspects of Human Resources by performing office and administrative support duties.
- Maintain records and reports, acts as information source and performs effective communications duties as required.
- Responds to routine inquiries from associates regarding benefits, HR policies and procedures, provides appropriate referrals as necessary.
- Provide general clerical support for HR department Generalist/Recruitment team as required.
- General Office Etiquette: Greets customers, handles all calls and inquiries as appropriate, maintains a clean outer office area as well as personalized work station; maintains adequate office supplies, etc.
- Assists new associates with new hire paperwork to ensure completeness/ understanding. Submit all necessary paperwork for appropriate processing Follows up as needed.
