VP of Operations - COO Opportunity With A Leading Home Health Care & Hospice Firm
Our client is a Private Equity backed Health Care organization that is experiencing significant expansion through acquisition and organic growth. They require a Strategic and Tactical Operations Leader to become part of their Executive Management Team and be an integral part of the firms aggressive growth strategy over next several years.
The position represents an opportunity to be part of the senior leadership of an expanding Health Care organization in the rapidly growing Home Healthcare and Hospice space, with a firm that that is guided by a tradition of personal, clinical, and technological excellence.
In this role you will collaborate directly with senior management in the day-to-day running of the existing skilled nursing home health and hospice operation, as well as playing a critical role in leading business development and expansion. Growth will be driven through an aggressive strategic acquisition focus, as well as a strong marketing of current businesses operations.
In additions you will oversee clinical leadership team members to ensure high-level client services, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures in accordance the firms high standards of operational excellence.
Additionally, you will be accountable for supporting clinical leaders in the offices toward effective execution of case management, high quality clinical care, and professional development for the team.
Further you will ensure quality patient care is consistently delivered following all local state, and federal guidelines, while developing, implementing clinical short and long-term goals and objectives focusing on clinical outcomes, quality and experience.
This will involve establishing performance metrics and goals for the team through assessing the leadership skills, workloads, performance, and development needs, and assigning projects accordingly.
You will also participate in creating and managing departmental budgets, staffing plans, recruitment, and participates in annual budget planning as well as developing a value-driven organizational culture promoting positive, highly engaged, collaborative relationships among the various stakeholders.
