Pride Health is seeking a Recruiter for a healthcare organization based in Philadelphia, PA. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8 hours/day. 

Job Duties: 

• Execute sourcing practices to create a diverse candidate pool for multiple workforce needs 
• Establish and foster strong relationships with internal team members and external potential candidates 
• Create job postings, advertisements, networking, etc. 
• Manage applicants through full lifecycle 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• 2 years of prior experience in a full-cycle recruiting position 
• Proficient in Microsoft office and applicant tracking systems 
• Corporate, Research or Executive recruitment experience preferred
