Job Responsibilities & Description for Healthcare Call-Center Representative:

• In-Bound Calls
• Educate customers on products and services
• Resolve customer inquiries and assist with needs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet performance goals
• Call-center environment

Job Requirements for Healthcare Call-Center Representative:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to use a computer/ dual screens
• Multi-tasking
• Communication skills
