Now Hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist!

PeopleShare is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to support a small real estate company in Philadelphia!

Experience with Accounts Receivable is a huge plus, as this person would help with AR duties as needed.

Job Details for Front Desk Reception/Accounts Receivable:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Salary: $15-17 HR
  • Contract to Hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Front Desk Reception/Accounts Receivable:

  • Answer phones - operate a multi-line system
  • First line of defense for all tenants
  • Email correspondence for tenants
  • Greet Visitors and Guests
  • Open/distribute the mail
  • Be willing to help where needed, tidy the conference room, kitchen, eventually stamp the bills as "received" for AR processing

Job Requirements for Front Desk Reception/Accounts Receivable:

  • 2 years previous experience
  • Good work history and welcoming personality
  • HS Diploma
  • AR experience is a plus
  • Computer savvy
