Robert Half Talent Solutions is looking for a Finance Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions with accounting foundation experience. We would like a Finance Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions who can evaluate a company’s opportunities for mergers & acquisition, review new acquisitions, oversee the M& A project management processes, and research and monitor analysis activities. Proven experience supporting strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, along with scoping, closing, and integration are required for this Finance Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions role.

Primary Responsibilities

•       Oversee M& A team in due diligence process

•       Create an integration program

•       Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Forecasting

•       Collaborate with key stakeholders

•       Assist with negotiations

•       Develop financial models

•       Conduct market analysis

•       Provide analytical guidance and analysis best practices

•       Create reporting and analysis tools

•       Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

•       Prepare financial reporting packages

•       Ensure company standards are met
