Put your analytical and reporting skills to good use as a Business Analyst at Genesis! In this role, you will produce information needed to drive informed business decisions.
Prepare monthly financial reports associated with managed care plans, hospital Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and other third-party payors. Audit and troubleshoot existing reports, expedite requests for report modifications and assist with new reporting needs. Perform audits of data to assure accuracy and validity.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree is preferred. Demonstrated experience in the production of financial and performance reporting is required. Strong data manipulation skills utilizing spreadsheets including formula, dashboards, graphs, charts are required. Must possess strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel related to dashboards, pivot tables, and analysis aspects of large data set reporting. Working knowledge of managed care business operations, contract support, and post-acute/skilled nursing center operations is preferred. Must be organized, self-motivated and have the ability to function well in a dynamic work environment with a variety of deliverables.
