We are looking for skilled Director of Finance to oversee all financial activities of business budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, FP&A and profit and loss reporting. The Director of Finance will also be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well all possible risk and revenue generating investments. If you have a strong background in corporate financial management and extensive experience in FP&A, we want to hear from you.

Primary Duties
• Manage all financial operations
• Drive financial planning
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Banking and M&A transactions
• Provide financial modeling and analysis
• Conduct weekly and monthly financial assessments
• Plan analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives
• Generate financial reports for senior management
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly audit process
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
