We are seeking a full-time PPC/Ad Ops Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience managing AdWords/Google Ads. They must be an expert on digital campaign optimizations, improving performance, creating dashboards, and making our clients look great! We are looking for a team player who is comfortable coordinating strategies across different clients and partners. We like thinkers, not just doers! We want rock stars, are you one?
- Set up, update, and optimize digital campaigns in Google Ads, Programmatic (DSP), Social (Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc.) and more! Digital campaign types include search, display, shopping, audio, and video.
- This includes conducting keyword research, drafting PPC ad copy, making landing page recommendations, managing bids, etc.
- Run and analyze campaign reports from Search, Social, and Google Analytics.
- Manage the day to day campaign performance and speak regularly with clients to discuss their results and make recommendations to improve/grow their bottom line.
- Stay up to date on the latest PPC, social, and other digital marketing trends.
- 2+ years working in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Passion for digital marketing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products and/or Google Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills; proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Position is located in our Marlton NJ office (08053) and is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days out). REMOTE will be considered based on experience.
- Agency experience.
- Bing Ads experience a plus.
- Google Data Studio experience a plus.
- WordPress and other CMS or HTML experience a plus.
