Our client in the King of Prussia area is looking to expand their Customer Service team!

Job Details for the Customer Service team:

  • Schedule: 8:30AM - 5PM or 9:30AM - 6PM
  • Pay Rate: $15 - $16 per hour

A typical day for the Customer Service team:

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls
  • Data entry and data review
  • Provide customer support to a variety of individuals in addition to the clients
  • Focus on client retention
  • Maintain client files

Job Requirements for the Customer Service team:

  • At least 3 months of customer service experience
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be organized, dependable and motivated
