Customer Service Representative

Location:

Collegeville- PA, Lake Forest-IL., or Memphis-TN

Duration:

7 Months

Pay rate:

$18.46/HR on w2 without benefits (No Paid Holiday or Sick leave).

Shift:

1st shift position

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders and inquiries by serving as the initial point of contact for customer telephone calls and emails.

• Remain available to answer incoming calls and respond to emails at a rate consistent with metrics set by customer service management team

• Maintain a detailed working knowledge of Pfizer BioNtech COVID19 vaccine

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma with two years Customer Service experience

• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Proven problem-solving ability

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• SAP knowledge preferred
