This highly visible position delivers on our commitment to outstanding customer service through daily interaction with our customers. Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are primarily responsible for processing inbound customer requests and soliciting sales from current and prospective accounts to enhance NTW’s profitability. They support sales & marketing efforts and partner with the local sales force to grow business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Professionally interacts with both walk-in and phone customers.
• Sells product to customers according to company guidelines and procedures.
• Must be able to accomplish company sales goals and initiatives.
• Investigates and solves customer problems.
• Accurately handles and accounts for all cash and credit transactions including collections.
• Directly responsible for all product transfers.
• Builds and maintains a team effort consistent with the goals of the company.
• Follow all safety practices as outlined in the policies and procedures manual.
• Any and all duties as assigned by your supervisor.
